2. User Roles
OEMs manage workflows; suppliers submit data and participate in validation processes.
3. Content
Users retain ownership but grant Materiaz license to use content for service delivery.
4. Collaboration Responsibility
Materiaz facilitates collaboration but does not guarantee accuracy or outcomes.
5. Payments
Users agree to pay applicable fees. Pricing may change with notice.
6. Acceptable Use
No misuse, scraping, harassment, or illegal uploads.
7. Intellectual Property
Materiaz owns platform IP; users own their content.
8. Disclaimer
Service provided 'as is' without warranties.
9. Limitation of Liability
Materiaz not liable for manufacturing issues, supplier disputes, or damages.
10. Governing Law
Laws of the United States and State of California apply.
